Here are some frequently asked questions that I tend to receive. If you still have something you’d like to know, feel free to contact me for more details, and I will do my best to help you get all the information you need.

What is and what is not health coaching?

Coaching meets you where you are. It is a collaborative partnership where achievable goals are set and you are supported along the path to meeting and exceeding those goals. Coaching provides you with information and how you can use it to make any changes you wish to make. Rome was not built in a day; you will not completely change a lifelong habit in a day. 

Coaching is not consulting. It is not fixing a problem for you by telling you what to do and sending you on your way. Coaching is not a fad diet; it is the start of a long-term, lifestyle change.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

The first step is to schedule a free 15 minute discovery call. If you are interested in coaching, I'll share an intake form for you to complete and we go from there! If you have other specific requests, please send me a message to discuss. 

If you are local and would prefer to meet in person, great! I'd love that. If not, we will use Zoom.

If you wish to schedule a call and are unable to find a time that works, please email bk2basicswellness@gmail.com and we will figure it out together.
